Embedded Application

The Embedded Application Widget allows users to embed external web applications directly into the Facts platform. This widget enables seamless integration of third-party tools or custom web applications, enhancing the dashboard's functionality by providing access to external services in one central location.

Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up the Embedded Application Widget

  1. Navigate to Dashboards.
  2. Click on the pencil icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Click on the Add Widget icon.
  4. Select Embedded Application Widget and click Next.
  5. Fill out the following fields:
    • Widget Name: Enter a descriptive name for the widget (e.g., "Live Feed Monitor").
    • Embed URL: Enter the direct URL of the application you want to embed (e.g., https://yourapp.example.com).
  6. Configure System Permissions:
    • Select or deselect permissions (autoplay, camera, fullscreen, geo-location, microphone, picture-in-picture) based on the requirements of the embedded application.
  7. Click Submit to finalize the widget setup.
  8. Click Save to apply the widget to your dashboard.

Your Embedded Application Widget is now set up, allowing users to access and interact with the embedded application directly within the Facts platform.
