Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up the Action Management Widget
- Navigate to Dashboards.
- Click on the pencil icon in the top-right corner.
- Click on the Add Widget icon.
- Select Action Management Widget and click Next.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Widget Name: Enter a descriptive name for the widget (e.g., "Task Tracker").
- Action List: Select the action list you want to link to the widget.
- Sort By: Choose how to sort the action items (e.g., New - Old, Old - New, Planned end date).
- Assign Default States for each stage:
- Inbox: Select the default state for unprocessed or new actions.
- Plan: Assign the default state for tasks in the planning phase.
- Do: Set the default state for tasks in execution.
- Check: Choose the default state for review or evaluation tasks.
- Act: Select the default state for tasks that require adjustments or follow-up actions.
- Click Submit to finalize the widget setup.
- Click Save to apply the widget to your dashboard.
