These notifications are not only visible within the Facts platform but are also dispatched via email to ensure that key stakeholders are promptly informed, regardless of their location. This dual notification system supports rapid responses to critical events, thereby minimizing potential disruptions and ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of business processes.
Notifications can be easily accessed and managed through the dedicated notifications tab, accessible via the bell icon in the Facts interface. This functionality plays a vital role in empowering organizations to proactively manage their operations, enabling them to address issues swiftly and maintain optimal performance.

- Filter Event Lists: Utilize advanced filtering options to streamline the event list and focus on specific events that are most relevant to your needs. Users can filter the list by various criteria, including the event name, type, the date the event was created.
- Create Event Notifications: Set up customized email notifications that are automatically sent when specific events are triggered. This involves selecting the event that will trigger the notification, defining the criteria and conditions under which the notification should be sent, and specifying the content and recipients of the notification.
- Filter Event Notifications: Filter the notifications list by name, category, importance, status, date created, or date updated. Apply filters to the list of event notifications to manage and organize them effectively.
