Environment access level

ID scope refers to a unique identifier that is assigned to a Device Provisioning Service (DPS) instance within IoT Central. The ID scope is used to identify the specific provisioning service that a device will register through when connecting to IoT Central. It is generated by the service and is immutable, which ensures that it remains unique and cannot be altered or duplicated. The ID scope is essentially the environment in which the device operates and communicates with IoT Central.
