Operations with Webhook Subscriptions

This section describes all operations that a Tenant user can perform with Webhook subscriptions.

Add a new Webhook Subscription

1. Click the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
2. Select Administration > Webhook Subscriptions.
3. Click Add New Webhook Subscription.
4. Enter the endpoint URL into the Webhook Endpoint field. The base URL will be the URL of the server the software is running on.
5. Add required events into the Webhook Events field.
6. If required, add additional webhook headers by entering the header key and value into the respective fields and clicking Add.
7. Click Save.

View Webhook Subscription details

1. Click the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
2. Select Administration > Webhook Subscriptions.
3. Click Details next to the webhook you need to see details on.

Edit a Webhook Subscription

1. Click the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
2. Select Administration > Webhook Subscriptions.
3. Click Details next to the webhook you need to edit.
4. Click the gear icon on the top right corner.
5. Click Edit Webhook Subscription.
6. Amend the required parameters.
7. Click Save.

Disable a Webhook Subscription

1. Click the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
2. Select Administration > Webhook Subscriptions.
3. Click Details next to the webhook you need to edit.
4. Click the gear icon on the top right corner.
5. Click Disable.
6. Confirm the action.
