Device Capabilities

Environment access level

Device capabilities refer to the specific data fields that are received from a device and displayed on the device overview. These data fields are related to the device's capabilities and provide insights into its performance and operational status. The device capabilities can be viewed in detail using the Digital Twin Definition Language (DTDL), which is a standard format used to describe the capabilities of a device in the context of its digital twin. The DTDL provides a comprehensive view of the device's capabilities, including its data types, units, and default values.
