This section describes all operations that an Admin user can perform with Roles.

What are Roles in Inimco.facts?

Roles represent specific sets of permissions and access levels assigned to users within Inimco.facts. These roles define what users can see and do. The platform typically offers different roles to cater to various operational and management needs, ensuring that each user has access to the necessary tools and information relevant to their responsibilities. The role a user holds dictates their ability to view, edit, or manage certain aspects of the Inimco.facts environment or subscriptions.

What can we do with the roles in Inimco.facts?

  • Control Access: Assign tailored access rights and permissions to users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information for their specific roles.

Procedures

Edit user's roles

  1. Log in to Inimco.facts. You will be taken to the Home screen.
  2. Navigate to Access control.
  3. Click the ellipsis (...) in the row entry of the user whose roles you want to edit.
  4. Click Edit roles.
  5. Toggle the checkboxes to adjust the user's roles as needed.
  6. Click EDIT ROLES.
